London Public Libraries

England

London Libraries is the London region of Libraries Connected and has membership of all 32 boroughs and the City of London. It works collaboratively to promote London’s public library network and delivers regional campaigns and annual events such as the London Libraries Festival ‘World of Possibilities’. London has the largest public library network of any major world city. Over 8,000,000 Londoners have access to a network of 325 public libraries. Wherever you are in London you are never far from a public library. London Libraries supports Libraries Connected’s vision regionally to provide an inclusive, modern, sustainable and high quality public library service at the heart of every community. It does this through promoting the value of libraries, brokering partnerships, sharing best practice and driving innovation in the sector.
