The main purpose of the Tallinn Central Libraryfaçade of the main house in spring is to ensure free access to information for the residents of Tallinn, to support lifelong learning and self-improvement.

Our mission is to be open to everyone by providing access to information, knowledge, skills and culture. We offer and develop services that help tallinn residents and guests of our city to be active, informed and full members of society. We promote lifelong learning, cultivate the joy of reading in people of all ages, offer inspiration and experiences, create opportunities for self-expression and development, and communicate with each other and the world.
