The Provincial Information and Library Resources Board (PILRB) oversees operation of Newfoundland and Labrador’s provincial public library system. Established in 1935, NL Public Libraries (NLPL) provides public library services through a network of 94 locations throughout the province, outreach activities such as Books by Mail, and our Digital Library.
