ABOUT
THE BOOK

The ‘Quick Sands’ is Jude Njoku’s first debut on the literary landscape. The novel is a power-packed action, suspense and really makes a modest debut.
On his life as a creative writer, this gifted Nigerian author says, “The idea of writing books came to me as an inspiration”. The ‘Quick sands’ is the product of holding Communion with myself over some issues of moral importance.

The book is a captivating story of deflowered innocence set against a racy backround of an involved or complex web of love intrigue, civil war and ritual murder. The chief character, Oguaa, is an original type of the rustic village girl who runs and gets entangled in the dazzling but confusing network of city life.
