Soecy
Gummels

Soecy (pronounced “Susie”) Gummels spends her time between Suriname and the United States. She has always been extremely fond of the sound, sight, and every nuance in the feel and taste of “words.” Writing has always been her favourite hobby, and she has written children’s stories, poetry, and prose. Travelling is her favourite “sport,” and she delights in experiencing the wonders of other cultures and communicating with people. Most of all, she revels in the joy of the one constant in her life: her family.
