Vision Redbridge Culture and Leisure is a registered charity and as a non-profit organisation any surplus we make will be reinvested for community benefit, to improve the quality of facilities and services offered to you. As a social enterprise Vision RCL is committed to working in partnership with the London Borough of Redbridge to deliver a wide range of leisure and cultural services to the communities that we serve.

The company is overseen by a Board of 10 Director Trustees including 8 Community representatives and 2 local councillors. The company is led by Iain Varah – Chief Executive and his senior management team: Gareth Morley – Head of Culture & Libraries and Kevin Wackett – Head of Parks & Open Spaces.

Vision RCL is a customer focused organisation and our aim is to continually improve the delivery of sustainable leisure and cultural services. We play a vital role in improving the quality of life of those living, working and visiting Redbridge and are confident that you will see improvements in our operations and enjoy visiting the facilities and services that we manage.
