The Cape Breton Regional Library (CBRL) is one of nine regional public library systems in Nova Scotia. Cape Breton Regional Library has a Board of Directors who govern the Library in accordance with the Nova Scotia Libraries Act, which regulates regional library service in the Province. The mission of the Cape Breton Regional Library is to strengthen and inspire our communities by providing quality collections, cultural resources, programs and services in a welcoming environment where all can enjoy reading and learning.
