As part of the MA 13 – Education and Youth, the city of Vienna – libraries are among the most important and most used educational offers in the city of Vienna.
In a network of 37 branches, around 1.4 million media are available: fiction, non-fiction and specialist books, children’s and youth literature, foreign language literature, audio books, CDs, records, CD (DVD) ROMs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs, console games, emedia, magazines and newspapers.
