A raving mad man is stalking the African continent, spawning a deadly confrontation that has only one purpose – the decimation of the continent. The President has been kidnapped and even though the intelligence agencies manage to figure out where his abductors are holding him, they dare not attack because they know about the pay-load of the sub that is holding him.
